The top 50 companies in the Swiss watch industry

The latest study sheds light on the success of the Swiss watch industry. The brands Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet and Richard Mille are consolidating their position.

According to the study, the dominance of the "Big Four" luxury watch brands increased and the four brands were able to secure an impressive combined market share of 43.9%. Rolex exceeded the CHF 10 billion sales threshold for the first time. The company also captured an impressive 30.3% share of the retail market. Vacheron Constantin became the eighth brand to join the ranks of the sales billionaires. According to the study, the order of the brands with sales of over CHF 1 billion is as follows: 1st Rolex, 2nd Cartier, 3rd Omega, 4th Audemars Piguet, 5th Patek Philippe, 6th Richard Mille, 7th Longines and 8th Vacheron Constantin.
